Follow all your favorite sites, blogs, and more, all in one place. See what your friends are sharing, and easily share any interesting articles you read. The Google Reader app syncs with the web version, so all your reading lists are always up to date.
Recent changes: * Swipe left/right to navigate * Updated user interface and widgets for Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) * Removed features that are now offered by Google+ (sharing, following, etc.)
Latest version: 1.1.1 (for Android version 2.1 and higher)
These days most of my reading is Twitter, G+ and Hacker News. I have only like 100 subscriptions on Google Reader that update infrequently or have gone silent altogether. So mobile reader app doesn't get much use.

Google Currents = Reader 2.0 I wish Google would just merge Reader with Currents. Currents has such a better interface and can do everything Reader can do but better. Why keep both and make things confusing?

... Really disapointing

The icon disappearing problems is from go launcher, not google. Update go launcher ex to fix it. Love this app, I use it everyday

Still a half-baked product 1) "swipe to navigate" is awful, especially if the post is wider than a screen, then you can't scroll it at all. If you swiped accidently, then it won't restore your reading position when swiping back. 2) unread counters are not updated on the main screen immediately. 3) when switching back from another app, it will show white page instead of the post you were reading. 4) Sharing / commenting is so unclear, u can surprise your friends how your repost and comment will look on the desktop. 5) Overall - messy.

Great one Perfect app to keep an eye on the web from one convenient interface. I'm even reading LiveJournal from here!
