The GoToAssist (Customer) application allows GoToAssist Remote Support technicians to provide full screensharing, remote control, chat support, and SeeIT (live camera streaming from your device to your support technician) for Samsung mobile devices running Android OS versions 2.3.x (Gingerbread), 4.0.x (Ice Cream Sandwich) and 4.1.x/4.2.x (Jellybean)*.

How to Get Started

1. Download the GoToAssist (Customer) application, and install it on your Android device.*

2. If you received a URL issued by a GoToAssist Remote Support technician and installed the GoToAssist (Customer) application, selecting the URL will automatically populate the application with the required 9-digit support key. Simply tap 'Join Session' to receive support.

If the application has not already been installed, you will be prompted to install the GoToAssist (Customer) application. Once installed, select the URL again to auto-populate the 9-digit support key and tap 'Join Session' to receive support.

3. If you received a 9-digit support key from a GoToAssist Remote Support technician, start the application, enter the 9-digit support key, and tap 'Join Session' to receive support.

4. With your consent, the technician will have full remote control of the device and will be able to chat securely with you. End the session at any time by tapping on the exit button located at the top right of the app control bar.

• SeeIT, live camera streaming from your device to your technician within a GoToAssist Remote Support session for android devices running Android OS versions 4.0.x or newer
• Secure chat support for all android devices running Android OS versions 2.3.x or newer.
• Full integration with GoToAssist Remote Support including full reporting and session recording.

* System Requirements:

Customer:
• For full screensharing and remote control - Samsung Android devices OS 2.3.7 (Gingerbread), 4.0.x (Ice Cream Sandwich) and 4.1.x/4.2.x (Jellybean). Full remote control with screen sharing on Google Nexus devices is not supported.
• For SeeIT, live camera streaming - Android devices OS 4.0.x (Ice Cream Sandwich) and newer
• For secure chat - Android devices OS 2.3.3 and newer

Technician (Full screensharing, remote control, and chat):
• Internet connection
• Windows® 7, Vista, 2003 server or XP
• Mac OS® X v10.5 (Leopard) or newer
• Internet Explorer® 7.0 or newer, Firefox® 3.5 or newer or Safari™ 3.0 or newer

Technician on Mobile device (Full screensharing in view only mode and chat):
• Internet connection
• GoToAssist Remote Support for Android application installed on compatible Android device
• GoToAssist Remote Support for iOS application installed on compatible iOS device (iPhone or iPad)

Works on Samsung Note 2 I am a sales person using it as a simple mirror to my Windows PC from my Android Mobile phone ( SSnote2). I have used other "FREE" sw and even other purchase apps but all seem to crap out after an update. Now using Android Verizon OS 4.4.2 with this and all works fine to mirror onto my Win PC for Webex demo's. Cross your fingers it maintains and works.

Would Be Good If Worked With More Than Samsung Great app but falls over as been Samsung only as we have a Sony Z phones!! Still no support for any other make!
