HOW TO GET STARTED
1) Download and install the GoToAssist app from Google Play on your Android device.
2) Log in with your GoToAssist credentials.
3) Once logged in, tap on device screen to create a support session when instructed to and have your user go to www.fastsupport.com and enter the remote support ID for your support session or send them an invitation to connect via email. Your user accepts the connection and you can begin to provide remote support.

Poor use of hardware This app does a very poor job of taking advantage of a mouse if you have one. Right-click does not function at all. It does not seem to track the mouse at all except at the moment of making a left-click. You can't even use scrollbars as it simply scrolls your view of the remote screen instead of registering that you want to scroll the scrollbar. Speaking of scrolling the screen, why is there no option to scale it to fit? I know that not everyone has access to set up a port-forward but I wish that Citrix would check out bVNC and aRDP for a much better user interface on Android.
