HOW TO GET STARTED
1) Download and install the GoToAssist app from Google Play on your Android device.
2) Log in with your GoToAssist credentials.
3) Once logged in, tap on device screen to create a support session when instructed to and have your user go to www.fastsupport.com and enter the remote support ID for your support session or send them an invitation to connect via email. Your user accepts the connection and you can begin to provide remote support.

Great app for IT- remote access. Great connection, fast, easy to use and very user friendly for customers. I rate this app 5 + ... An to the developers that made this app possible. Great Job... :-)

Good We're able to fix all issues. Wish it has a few nor features but worth 5 starts. And I take this back because they have not fixed the swype in landscape mode. Blacks out screen.

Help..... Please tell me how to send files to the customers computer. I can't see any option like that as we see in the computer.

Pretty good One annoyance is many third party keyboards on android don't work in this app. Frustrating when one program determines my keyboard choice. Screen blanking from mobile to a pc would be nice as well.

useless on non-samsung devices Only has screen sharing in Samsung devices.
