Grace Digital Remote Control

Grace Digital Remote Control

The Grace Digital Radio Remote Control Application allows you to go where no IR remote has gone before. Control one or more of your Grace Internet radios from your Android device. You can adjust the volume ( Please note if you are using the RCA line out jacks on certain models to connect to a separate audio system, the remote cannot control line out audio for obvious reasons), turn the radio on or off, find stations, set presets, or even set one of your five alarms. If you have more than one Grace Radio, it is suggested that you change the name of each unit so you know which radio you are controlling. To change your radio's network name, go to your radio's main menu and select "setting", then "UPnP", then "device name" and change it to "kitchen" (for example) or whatever falls within your personal preference.

Important Note: This application is no longer developed or maintained by Grace Digital. It has been opensourced on Github. Please refer to the project home page at https://github.com/gracedigital/gmote-android for more information and the lastest code.

Recent changes:

DanS The app locks up frequently and needs to be restarted. Inquiry to the developer as to an update has gone unanswered. I have two grace radios and I enjoy them but the app needs improvement

Convenient The app works well on my Samsung S5 and Mondo radio with SP v266. The only issue I have is that I cannot skip uPnP files, only pause them.
