Gravity Simulator

Gravity Simulator

Create a sun, spin some asteroids around it, and watch them collide and become planets!

My first attempt to use libGdx. DAMN GOOD library!

Features:
-create asteroids, planets, suns and even repulive suns
-all objects, even asteroids have their own grativy field and influence each other
-objects can collide to create larger objects, and their properties are mixed
-MULTI CORE SUPPORT!
-multitouch
-no ads
-doesn't eat battery when in background
-press the menu key and tilt the phone to control the camera with the accelerometer
-or if you have a keyboard, you can use the arrow keys
-press back or R to reset the simulation

Suns wander off screen while many devices, especially newer ones, have no menu button with which the camera apparently is to be operated. Otherwise nice app.

Fun I love the game, but I wish I could do things like zoom out

Bad The star just wanders off then creates a gravity well off screen. No way to reset with out closing the app and killing it. Has potential but there needs to be an in game option to reset and the ability to toggle between fixing a star in a location or making it free floating

Nice simulation It seems that center of mass speed isn't properly calculated - sometime the planet goes along hyperbola cyclically, instead of ellipse. This happens if the star have a small speed, and the planet is launched along intercepting trajectory.

Ok Kind of fun. I wish it had a few more options and supported high density screens better. There are better space simulation apps out there.
