Greenville City Compass enables you to submit service requests (report a pothole, graffiti, service problems, etc) from your mobile device directly to the appropriate City personnel. Select a request, add a description and/or a picture, and submit it right from the site of your problem to the City. No need to wait until you get home to send in the information – City Compass uses the GPS information in your phone to let the City know where the problem is. This means your service requests will be responded to quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
You can even use the map function to check out if you’re in good company with someone else having already made the same service request. Plus, you can check on the status of your request at your convenience AND you’ll be notified when the issue has been resolved.
