Doesn't function properly Have a new Samsung note 3, app doesn't let me click anything. Poor design, tech support doesn't go beyond "did you try reinstalling" wtf

Not working on Galaxy S5 Another unhappy Samsung Galaxy s5 user here. The app used to work well with my previous s3. I used it frequently for everything from refilling prescriptions, emailing my doctor, and checking lab reports. Now, the buttons are not responsive under the "my care" section at all. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. From all the similar comments here it appears Group Health doesn't care much about the app users problems.

GH APP So far, on my Samsung S5, this app performing poorly. Example: My Care says have 6 messages, but clicking on that doesn't show messages. Same thing with other notations in My Care.

No longer working I had an HTC One from 2013 with this app on it. It worked great, then my phone broke and I had it replaced with the exact same HTC One model . When I downloaded this app the MyCare section no longer worked. Very frustrating. Would change rating if the issue was fixed.

The apps a real bummer! I used to like this app. It worked pretty good on my Galaxy S3. It would occasionally freeze but it at least worked. I now have a Galaxy Note 4; it doesn't work at all! I can log in but that's about the only thing I can do.
