Frustrating, inconsistent Doesn't let you leave reviews when you order, restaurants can take hours to deliver (estimates provided are irrelevant), after many orders app did not transmit order to restaurant at all even though emailed receipt, customer service line from app gave busy signal.

App took money, lost order, kept lying GrubHub mobile app took my order and assured "it's on the works". The estimated delivery time kept moving forward - I didn't get notified though, but kept checking through the app. After trying to call their support number - which didn't connect - I called the restaurant and they told me they haven't received any orders from GrubHub all day. Mobile app is still lying to me about delivery time, and my credit card shows a charge for it. I am uninstalling the app and tagging the charge as fraud.

Uninstalling The app doesn't communicate with the restaurant, so we got our food 3 hours after we ordered it. Food was good, though....

Ordered at 5:16 pm, said order would be in by 6:20. 6:45 rolls around and no word. Phone number for customer service goes straight to busy signal. Now the app says order will be in by 8pm. So three hours later we might have an order, might not. But of course the bill has already been taken out of my account. Terrible service.
