GWP-GYM WORKOUT PLAN is an application with different functionalities that helps in the management of gym training.
The principal functionalities are:
- Create/Edit Workout
- Create/Edit Exercise
- Workout statistic
- Exercises statistic
The user can create two different type of exercises:
- Weight Exercises
The user to use a workout in the training must activate it by clicking the red circle in the workouts list.
For each workout the user can view the statistic about the training time duration and the body weight.
For each weight exercise the user can view the chart about the maximal weight in an exercise.
The user can finish a training by clicking the chequered flag.
The user must compile the form and than save. The info will be used in the statistic.
