This organizer of healthy habits helps you develop, reinforce and schedule habits that let you stay young, fit and healthy, improve your physical condition, personal life and mood. Once developed and reinforced, the habit works to your benefit for years, while developing the habit does not require a mountain of effort any more with Habitizer Women’s Habits!

How does the app work? Before you start working with the app, you make up your list of healthy habits. You can choose ready-made habits (e.g. Drink herbal tea, Buy food on the list or Get enough sleep) and customize them or create your own ones (e.g. Study Italian for two hours or Eat oatmeal in the morning). If you are in two minds, take a test and get advice on the goals that would suit you.
Each selected or created goal is added to your personal list whose behavior is managed by the app: every day it reminds you of each goal with a customizable notification, counts elapsed time and watches your progress. At the end of a specified period of time you are notified of a successfully developed habit, which is stored in the archive. Besides, you can share your progress with your friends in social networks.
The app’s strong points are simplicity, usability, efficiency and attractive design (different skins are available), as well as flexibility and ability to fit in with your preferences and needs.
Habitizer Women’s Habits works both independently and together with the Habitizer app (in this case the apps are located in adjacent tabs, while the selected goals are put together in a common list).
