Habits is an Android app that I wrote to help me work towards my goals by turning them in to habits. Add the habits you want to track and each time you complete one, mark it as done on the app. You can view the 7 day diary to track how well you're doing. There's also a timer you can set on each habit which will alert you after a specified period of time has passed.
