Walking? Key secret here! Sure, you (also) walk, even at the event itself (!), blasphemous indeed, BUT the integrated walking ensures A) you will not quit before all the weeks are up and B) you will not injure yourself. Worth 7 euros to me, those points, and nobody stops you from picking up the pace, say, after the first 60 days... IF you must...

Never any "long" runs don't spend 9.99 unless you plan a run/walk half. I have been using the 10k trainer and as I get close to finishing it I wanted to see what the half marathon trainer was going to be like. They never have you run more than 4 min at a time unlike the 5 and 10k trainers why? I do not plan on run/walking my half marathon. Really bummed I paid 9.99 for this app and wish I could get a refund.
