1. Read phone state - for letting app know when you get a call so it can start its stuff
2. Camera - because flash only works with camera

4. Write settings - so it can change the ringtone
5. Write external storage - because it has to copy the ringtone somewhere before it can be used (will probably add the internal option too)
6. Internet/wifistate/networkaccess - in app ads
7. Set wallpaper - self-explanatory
