How it works

Starting with our free Take10 programme, we’ll teach you the basics of meditation in just 10 minutes a day.

If you enjoy Take10 and want to learn more, then you can choose to continue and get access to hundreds of hours of original meditations, including guided and unguided, ranging from 2 to 60 minutes.

It starts and ? It has never made it through the first level completely. It just stops. Tried everything. So bummed. This is the only app that doesn't seem to work on my phone.

Really??? No, I do not meditate that much in the first place, so the free meditations will last me a while longer, but the only meditations I actually downloaded this app for is subscription only...... This app provides so many options and meditations and you tell me that I have to pay for them unless I want to just have 10 meditations. I don't want just 10 meditations. The moment I finish then, I will be deleting this app. You provide a great system /app /program, make it free .
