How it works

Starting with our free Take10 programme, we’ll teach you the basics of meditation in just 10 minutes a day.

If you enjoy Take10 and want to learn more, then you can choose to continue and get access to hundreds of hours of original meditations, including guided and unguided, ranging from 2 to 60 minutes.

Great app, but... The meditation ls great, but this app is basically a promo for their incredibly expensive paid service. I think I will uninstall.

Very effective! I love this app and have been using it for meditation every single day since I downloaded it one and a half years ago. Andy's voice is hypnotising and relaxing. He guides you gradually through meditation. Over time you realise how much you have changed! This app makes meditation made simple and effective, and the new design and ux of the app are great!

Frustrated How many times must I watch the "say hello to headspace" before I can do the first session? Restarted, cleared data, etc. Still the same promo video. Feeling less relaxed than when I started. Great job
