What's more, science is proving the benefits of meditation...

Always gets stuck I'm only on day 5 of level 1 and it shows a video and won't let me get past it for the actual meditation. Very frustrating. Will go find another app that actually works.

Nice but too expensive once you get into it but I like the idea and the set up too bad it becomes subscription based

Made things worse It was semi-useful in the beginning, since I've had spouts of severe anxiety. However, it's since led to an increase in anxiety. Specifically, the parts regarding focusing intensely on your breath have led me to become obsessed about my breathing. My autonomous breathing became manual as I became obsessed with focusing on my breathing. It was a nightmare. It went away only several days later and comes back every so often. Seems like pseudo-science.
