Very Effective Thanks Andy for such great and effective sessions. It's like having a peace of mind after a long day of hard work - Getting time for yourself, getting to know about your feeling (at Physical and Mental level). Moreover giving energy to run along the day and also for next day too...

Insanely expensive For a company that claims to want to help people. That fills my headspace with sadness...

Brilliant for busy people Im your target audience. Im busy, get stressed out, always on the go, but like to live well and listen to my body - never thought meditation was for me, that i was able to and will never go to a class. Headspace is amazing. Visually pleasing, simple layout, works perfectly + i feel like i have a mentor in my life to help deal with stress. Headspace has helped me have a good night sleep, and to not change myself but look at my relationship of aspects of how work impacts on my life in a new light. Well done.

Lovely little app but pricey I love this app, it's so beautifully designed and works really well. The benefits and concepts of meditation are explained convincingly and it truly does help me relax. I'd prefer it to be more affordable without the long term commitment. Whilst I appreciate the high quality, it's not flexible and I'm not sure I'll use it enough. Why not offer smaller packages - like paying for 3 months upfront? It would make a really nice gift and trial period... Or is the idea to get people locked in?
