Health Through Breath
A simple structured course to improve breathing, health and reduce stress. Pranayama Health Through Breath has over one million satisfied users on the iOS platform.
Health Through Breath uses musical audio cues to guide your breathing. Once you have become comfortable with the app you may simply switch off the screen and focus on your breathing using our effective audio cues which will naturally guide you. Switching the screen off is also ideal when you are using the app to help you sleep, conserving the battery life in your device as you slowly drift off.
There are several styles of music to chose from. We recommend that you use the same style of music for a particular activity, so with practice the app will become more effective.
For example, before going to bed you may use the Classical style each time, or before going for a run try the Nature style. We suggest the Vedic style when using the app for deep meditation and to improve creativity. Most importantly, use whatever style of music that feels most comfortable to you.
This free app only contains a beginner portion of the course, but this should be sufficient for most people.
