Nexus 5 solution, finally. To all Nexus 5 users for which the touch screen does not interact with the app: this is because of an app interfering with your controls. This could be a bluelight-filter or light control management (like in my case) or... I finally found it after trying to change accessibility settings where I had a similar problem not being able to press 'ok'. I then checked what apps were running in the background, starting with those in the accessibility settings and deleted the ones that might cause problems. Too bad support on this app did not do anything with all of these reports but I hope this works for all you Nexus 5 owners!

App doesn't respond to any input on nexus 5. This issue has been reported by many users, so just fix it instead of redirecting them to tech support. I'm not calling anyways, as a user I shouldn't call for a problem lots of people have already reported and which is obviously a bug on your side of the app.

Niet voor standaard gebruik Dit is geen app dat als standaard gebruikt kan worden om al je bankverrichtingen mee uit te voeren. De app is alles behalve mobiel vriendelijk: druk op bedrag en een nieuw venster moet openen (waarom?), toetsenbord layout wijzigt constant (dat van de bedrag invoeren is custom made, dat voor de PIN is de Android skin), bij het valideren van een betaling wordt gekozen voor een licht blauwe kleur die praktisch onleesbaar is (vrij vaak foute bevestigingscode invoeren dus), je hebt geen overzicht in de app, verrichting aanmaken zit verstopt in een "meer" menu terwijl dit iets belangrijker lijkt dat de het postvlakje (todo en historiek), van die animaties wordt ik compleet gek (elk ding - zelfs het afmelden - is met een irriterende swipe in sipe out animatie precies uit een powerpoint presentatie uit het derde leerjaar), in het overzicht van verrichting staat "Europese overschrijving..." wat mij vrij onbelangrijk lijkt, de mededeling daarentegen is wel zinvoller om in het overzicht weer te geven, op Nexus 7 krijg ik de opgeblazen smartphone versie... Kortom, over deze app is niet nagedacht. Als enige middel om deze rekeningen te beheren is dit voor mij eerder byebye Bank.
