Hockey Drills Lite

Hockey Drills Lite

“I highly recommend Hockey Drills for all youth hockey coaches. ” (Andy Murray, 2009 Jack Adams Coach of the Year Finalist, NHL)

The full version of this user friendly App contains a complete season of practice plans (40+) for 4 age groups (Novice, Atom, Pee Wee, and Bantam). That's over 170 skill station based practice plans for busy and new hockey coaches. Each practice follows a curriculum and consists of 3 power skating stations, 3 puck skill stations, a team tactic drill and a small area game. The App also includes a skills curriculum chart, positional descriptions, and tactical descriptions for faceoffs, breakouts, and more.

The lite version contains all the functions of the full version, but has only 2 practices per age group. Zoom in, scroll through practices quickly & easily, and stay organized with Hockey Drills. Coaches who love this App believe in skill development, efficient ice time management, and following a curriculum. The practices engage both players and coaches, and foster a fun, competitive atmosphere.

Efficient use of ice and time makes these plans perfect for shared ice practices, hockey schools, skills clinics, and managing a high volume of players. Using the plans as a guide insures organized, efficient, and rewarding practices.

Display area too small to small to be useful Even on the huge screen of the Galaxy Note the display area is constrained to a small portion making this useless. And I've got great vision, but couldn't imagine trying to use this at the rink. Display area needs to be expanded to fully utilize the size of the screen. And why are there ads on a paid app. Get rid of them and make room for a bigger display. The reason for a lite app is to sell consumers on the full app, but I can't see buying a full app if it's not any more usefull than this. Going to return
