Honda fails on equal Adroid dev Honda wasted all of it's development time on Apple iPhone integration, and completely failed at supporting the Android space at the same level. The 7" Honda touch-screen audio system, the limited support for Android apps, and the in-vehicle connectors on the 2015 Civic Si are just about useless, from my own experience, for Android devices. I guess that Honda, for some odd reason, believes that iOS/Apple own more market share than Android does, both in the US and worldwide. Yet, in reality where the rest of us reside, the market share numbers remain around 80% Android and 20% iOS. So Honda made the choice to focus on iOS/iPhones instead of Android, the major market leader for more than 5 years. After I purchased my 2015 Civic Si Coupe I was completely turned off by the lack of equal support for Android, and the overload of iPhone support in my new car. It's no better than the 2012 Si I traded in. Bluetooth and USB, that's it. And one crappy HondaLink app, and a Pandora app that doesn't work. Seriously.... Who at Honda USA thought it would be a good idea to snuff Android users? iPhones are ok and all, but most people prefer Android. Snuffing us was a seriously bad idea.

Hate crime against Android users I love my 2015 CR-V, but Honda's entertainment electronics is bland and quirky. Neither of our Android phones can use the Pandora app. Can only do Pandora via Bluetooth with basic functionality.

Why screw over the 55% market share of Android devices. Just bought my new Fit and was told that my phone would work fine. Now I'm reading that iPhone has all the worthwhile functionality and Android is left in the cold. Answer us!!! When will you fix this?!?!
