Missing a help freature. Thought 10 News said it contained feature to notify for help if needed. Don't see that. The Prepare tests are good for new Floridans.

Tool kit on update is missing The tool kit on the previous version was great. Loved the flashlight feature. The update does not even provide a toolkit icon (even though FAQ says it does!).
