Preservatives Let's add the stuff that really, really hurts. Like MSG and other chemicals in our foods. I've ruined weeks with mistakes like that.

Unresearched In IC patients If you are newly diagnosed with IC, this app is NOT for you. The foods on the Safe to eat and try it list are not accurate. Please do other research before depending on this app. There are many things on both lists that should be on a "Foods to Avoid" list. So, use this app with caution.

Good, but interesting? I like this app a lot, but i do wonder about what references you used in building the list. The ICA has a great diet reference.sometimes the list is odd, i mean, why would blueberry juice be ok, but not blueberries? Also, there are some vague categories that i think would be more helpful of they were more specific, personally. But thank you for making an app for this!
