The ILTA Connected Community application allows members to access ILTA news and events as well as interact with their peers on the ILTA Connected Community site via their mobile device.
Note: to have full visibility in all areas you will need to be an employee of an ILTA member firm or corporate legal department. A valid login is required for access.
Key features of the ILTA Connected Community app include:
Profile – View the contact information that ILTA has for you. Keep it up to date so that you never miss the Peer to Peer magazine or other important communication. Keep your colleagues up to date on how to contact you.
Discussions – View and respond to the latest discussions going on amongst your colleagues. Conversations and Q & A with your peers is one of the most valuable benefits of membership. Never miss a message and be part of the conversation even when you’re not at your desk.
People – Members can browse or search the member directory. My Contacts easily allows you to keep in touch with the contacts you’ve made in the industry. This quick “friends” list will always be up to date as your colleagues move around.
Inbox – View contact requests and member to member messages sent via ILTA’s member’s only social network.
Events – Both members and non-members can view public events being offered by ILTA.
Announcements – View Announcements.
News – You can keep up to date with what’s going on in ILTA; browse the latest postings in the Career Center; view tweets about #ILTA.
Info – read information about ILTA and how to contact support.
This release includes:
o Threaded discussions
o Support for @mentions in discussion posts
o Ability to view an original message when replying to a discussion
o Option to mark a discussion post "best answer"
o Recommend feature added
o Read or delete messages in bulk
o Filter community lists
o Option to designate a community as the default for new messages
o Volunteer profile link available on contact detail page
