a start Android presentation tools are almost nonexistent -- a reminder Android runs mostly on phones. Even Adobe Reader, a decent presentation tool for PDF files on laptops, has no presentation functionality in its Android version. So this is a good start, but... It converts to an intermediate format and something seems to go wrong in the conversion, because the result (from PDF) misses arbitrary characters (e.g., no "m", no "?", etc.). In presentation mode, the transitions are apparently picked at random rather than following what is in the PDF file -- and I really mean random (swipe diagonally, or dissolve, or...), which is the worst possible thing for any presentation. To change slides, it seems one needs to touch the screen twice on the right or left -- it does not respond to the usual right-arrow or right-mouse clicks from a keyboard or a presenter mouse. It does not have a full screen mode -- it leaves the toolbar in place at the bottom, for instance; given that projection from the HDMI plug simply pushes the entire screen out to the projector, that means that the presentation includes more than the slides. Going in the right direction, though.
