Activating the Mobile Banking App
Using the app for the first time? It is a simple step by step installation. You do need to have a working Mijn ING and an ING Debit account. With a Business Account you can have access to the Mobile Banking App if you're entitled to that payment account.


What’s new in version 2.6
In the previous version of the Mobile Banking app you have met the voice control called Inge. In this latest version of the app Inge can help you with even more of your banking business.
Now she can help you with your savings, as well as with your savings assignments.

When you download the app, you have to approve a standard question from Android whether the app can use the microphone on your smartphone. Inge uses the microphone on your smartphone.

Next to a new design, we have also fixed a number of bugs to further improve the app.


Keep sending us your feedback
Go to the app menu and tap ‘Feedback’. Based on your feedback we can continue to improve the app.

Recent changes:
- Bug fix, we have solved a number of bugs that occurred in version 2.6.

- A new design ready for the new year. We will soon get to work with your reactions to the new design.

- Have you met Inge yet in the last version? She can now also tell you what your savings balance is. And help you with payments to your savings account. Simply swipe from right to left in your overview and ask her.

- Inge makes use of your microphone.

Makkelijk en snel geldzaken regelen Alleen jammer dat de app niet goed omgaat met time-outs bij slechte verbinding. En ik vind het gebrek aan de optie om screenshots te maken zeer storend…

Design update Ik heb de update op een iPhone gezien en daar ziet de app er stukken beter op uit, het lijkt wel of de update geoptimaliseerd is voor de iPhone. Op Android ziet alles er veel te groot en wit uit!

Way too white This is way too white for my eyes. Until I find a way to revert to older version, I won't be using this on my tablet anymore. @Dorien: Old version on my phone for now, fortunately. I hope some day you will implement a way to adjust brightness.

Verschrikkelijk Het is dat ik het superhandig vind mobiel te kunnen bankieren, maar nog even en ik denk dat ik via mobiel liever de site bezoek. De kleur is echt verschrikkelijk verblindend. Wat is het de laatste tijd dat apps de meest felle variant van 'hun kleur' (i.d.g. oranje) + wit uitzoeken om te gebruiken in hun app? Gaat opvallen boven de gebruiksvriendelijkheid voor de gebruikers zelf? De layout zelf gaat ook te veel in elkaar over. Ik zeg: lay-out opties (incl. de vorige tik donkerdere variant, die was prima)
