New update isn't working!....UPDATED (See Below) The latest update will not launch. Everything was working wonderful on multiple Android AND Apple devices until this new update installed itself. Now, our two GT-S7500 (Galaxy Ace Plus) phones refuse to load the app. Since these happen to be our two primary devices, and mobile banking is important to us, it's beyond annoying! I've tried not only re-installing, but doing so after deleting the cache AND data for the app, to no avail. Upon launching, the screen goes black and remains that way. Then, the only way of exiting the app is to use the home button...it will not allow me to use the "back" button to exit as it normally should. Meanwhile, the app remains active in the background. Unfortunately, I have to give this update a BIG fail! I can only hope that a solution is found, as I've noted that at least one other review mentions the exact same problem. _________________________________________ An update two days after my review has cleared the issues completely. Customer service rep at ING was VERY helpful and advised me they were aware of issues and were hoping to have it cleared up within a few days....less than 24 hours later, fixed! For this reason I've given it 5 stars!
