Inoreader - RSS & News Reader

Inoreader helps you find and keep track of interesting stuff on the web and social networks. You can subscribe to your favorite websites and people on social networks and keep up with what's new. New content comes to your Inoreader when it's posted, so you don't need to visit individual websites every time to check for something new.

Inoreader also keeps track of which items you've read, so you only see the unread items when you come back.

Plus Inoreader keeps the full history of your subscriptions, so you can search in them at any time.

Not bad, but could use work... I like the website and the mobile site much better... The fonts on the app could use some work, mainly the "boldness/ size " of the titles. Not very pleasing visually.

New menu system is a step backwards. This used to be such a joy to use but now it's unbearable. Scroll speed is hugely impaired on M8 and the long press menu frequently pops up when not wanted. Swipe to read no longer works, marks as read until you leave the feed and then it reverts back. App used to be much better before update, its suffering now due to pointless animations.

With each new update... ...it gets a little buggier. Now it crashes about 1/3 of the time on my phone when I scroll. Recommendation: make swiping optional. Maybe that will fix this bug. Otherwise, I like it! : )

Awesome in phone mode, a little buggy in tablet mode. I started using this app a year ago because I found Feedly to be to cluttered and slow to use. Inoreader has a much simpler interface that allows me to quickly swipe through a list of articles until one catches my interest, then pull up the full story in either the app itself or in a browser. While the app behaves perfectly for me in phone mode, I do experience some issues in tablet mode. In tablet mode, when tap on a feed it will sometimes start me off in the middle of the list of articles instead of at the newest. And as of lately, when I first go to a feed and pick the first article, it doesn't mark it as read like it used to. I'm also not a fan of the double tap for full screen functionality, since I tend to double tap on accident. But I find phone mode to be useful on my tablet, so that's what I tend to use.

Drains battery! Be sure to force stop it! Great and simple RSS reader. It has really grown since it's original release. However beware! This RSS app will drain your battery if you don't force close it from your recents menu. Also, the offline sync doesn't work properly. It would be nice if they upgrade the widget as well to show feeds instead of the number of feeds.
