Insta-Captain is a free boating resource and reference application for Android smart phones. It features maps, marine weather, buoys and markers reference guides, the phonetic alphabet and many more features. The application uses the *16 link to phone or email distress calls to the local Coast Guard (not available in all areas).
NOTE: for the aids to navigation, please be aware the world is separated into two regions. This application is using Region "B" settings currently. This is North and South America primarily. Region "A" is coming soon.
