The ION app is made exclusively for our subscribers. It can be used for Android OS 2.3 and later. Using this app an existing ION subscriber would be able to:

Renew broadband account :
A subscriber can renew broadband account by clicking on the renew now button on the home screen. Payment can be done through credit / debit card, net banking or can put in a payment pickup request to the collection team for making a cash or cheque payment.

Upgrade existing broadband package :
A subscriber can upgrade existing broadband package by clicking on the Upgrade Package button on the home screen. Following options are available

Next renewal :
Subscriber package will be scheduled for upgrade when his current plan expires.

Immediate :
Subscriber package will be upgraded to the chosen plan with immediate effect and no adjustment in the amount.

Conversion :
Subscriber package will be upgraded to the chosen plan with immediate effect and with adjustment in the amount previously paid on a pro-rata basis.

Put in a payment pickup request :
Subscriber can put in a payment pickup request with the company. A date and time can be selected through the option and the same is captured and conveyed to the collection team for further action.

Register a complaint :
Subscriber can launch a complaint through the app.

Get notifications :
All notifications related to renewal reminders, pickup request status, complaint status and value added services will be visible under the notifications tab of the app.

Worst app I have ever used Though the internet is good, I wonder if this app has been developed by some college students. It can crash anytime, never shows my data usage, you get the system errors every time.

How to launch complaint I have installed the SSV connection 1 day before and the net speed is very bad .I thought to lodge complaint through app but the app is worse than that.I am unable to lodge complaint even though I am using 3g data Please fix the issues.so I can rate you. More .

Fraud of 499 through this app- Beware I did online transaction after bank payment when redirecting from payment gateway to this i-on app page got fail.this is completely application issues. I log complaint with bank they given on mail that amount is debited from us and credit to payment gateway still we don't have any rollback requested from payment gateway. Going to file FIR as have proof of payment from Bank. service not provided by I-on. Customer executive are very unprofessional they are not able to get this things, they are making fool to customer,for Customer executive online transaction is not seen of horror movies its have genius reason to fail.
