The Meditation Oasis® iSleep Easy app contains a wide variety of guided meditations to help you fall asleep and sleep deeply. You can listen to the meditations with or without several choices of music or nature sounds. In addition, you can create your own sleep program using a Playlist feature which allows you to listen to up to six meditations in one session, choosing which music or nature sound you'd like in the background and how long they will continue after the voice guidance stops. If you prefer to listen to music or nature sounds alone, a Sound Mix feature allows you to listen to a combination of music plus a nature sound, or two nature sounds together.

Amazing! I have been looking for a good app for awhile now. I down loaded apps and deleted them as I tried to find one that I could feel comforted with, that my anxiety would be at rest, that my body could stop shaking and that my mind could focus on someone else besides my own thoughts. When I used your app last night, I am happy 😌 to say I finally found the app to help me. Thank you! The woman's voice is so soothing and comforting to listen to.

Paid sleep app upgraded Free trial works brilliantly but the paid upgrade crashes 5 seconds and will not respond reboot whole phone not jus the app. AWFUL I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Relax Into Bed This is a soothing guided meditation. Brought my blood pressure down and eased all my body pain !

Stellar I have severe insomnia. With the help of this app and sone magnesium and benedryl i am finally sleeping! The "relax into sleep" has been a life saver for me. Thank you SO much! I thought i was going to die from lack of sleep! Now i fall out before the guided audio is even over. I cant believe it. Its been 28 days of using and it still works for me! Btw... i dont use the music. I turn it off and just listen to her speak. Works like a charm. I find the music and sounds distractions.
