We all know that to run a fast time, we need to keep a constant pace through out the run.
Before now there was no way to accurately or reliably tell whether you are going at the required pace.
This app is the SOLUTION.
Open this app, set the distance and time, hit the run button, then go running!
At each interval (default is 10 seconds) the app will tell you to go x amount faster or slower in order for you to git your target time.
I (the creator) have used this app many times. This has solved the problem of setting a fast time for me, but also it is a MASSIVE MOTIVATIONAL BOOSTER (hence the name).
