So much potential, but falls short. I love the idea of this app for my business expenses. It needs a lot of work though. it would be great if it could sync up to quickbooks. If Chase takes more time to develop and perfect this app, they will provide a service that tons of business owners are searching for.

Great Idea... Poor Performance I love my bold card. I love my cash back. I love my limit. I hate this app! Why is it so flawed and full of bugs? It has been since it was rolled it out. The Web based Jot I login to through my browser sucks as well. Very buggy...laggy.. constantly loging out. Please get this fixed. Even better, let us have this feature to tag expenses on all our checking accounts. I'm sure quite a few of us business owners feel the same. We don't need your slow app wasting what little time we have.

Worthless gimmick Hardly a "powerful tool", but a worthwhile idea. However, it ends there - an idea. The execution is paltry. Resolution for images is awful to the point of complete illegibility. The UI doesn't update when tasks are completed (e.g. image uploaded), you have to "cancel" out of places when you're actually closing out, you must select tags after uploading images otherwise they're lost, it needs an easier metaphor for logins as very secure passwords required for account credentials are cumbersome to type in, also doesn't seem to update with the post-tip amount, only originally authorized amounts so you can never really reconcile, and there is no way to create an export report, that I can see, of the receipt images so in the case of an audit, you're still SOL. This needs so much work it's not even worth a joke. Do not apply for an ink card just to use this feature.

Cool idea. Needs work. Used this app on two different phones and tried to take pictures of my receipts and both phones failed to upload a receipt. Also, in the tagging a charge window, you have to press save and then the arrow on your phone to go back to the previous window. Not intuitive and it makes you feel like it didn't actually save your tag.

Definitely buggy Same as everyone else said. To add a new tag on the s5 hold down the bottom left button on your phone, it'll bring up the sub menu. Features work but it's like cracking a safe trying to access them. This needs alot of work.
