A purchase alert is sent as a push notification, which requires a data connection and are queued for delivery when a data connection is not available. You may not receive a push notification after every purchase but you can login to the Ink app at anytime to see your purchases regardless of if a purchase alert was sent. There is no charge from Chase, but messages and data rate charges may apply. Such charges include those from your communications service provider. Delivery of alerts may be delayed for various reasons, including service outages affecting your phone, wireless or internet provider; technology failures; and system capacity limitations.

Logs me off Keeps on logging me off when I try to upload reciepts. Cannot tag transactions either, same issues as other reviews. I am using s5.

New update is broken! Cannot tag new purchases, same as other people have problems with. Tag amount exceeds... fix it or let me go back to previous update. Plus, I want to see only untagged purchases, not a list of everything. Fix it! Talked to customer service and after an hour and 5 different people they finally realized that the app is at fault and they did not even realize there was a problem. App developers should be fired, don't even read the reviews and Complaints or follow up to the crap they update. Smh

Whatever update they did blows! First off, can't get a requested identification code! When selecting an option to get the code via text / call / email - they forgot to add a SUBMIT or OK button.. so you are stuck on that screen...in addition to that, my old phone number keeps popping up which has been updated on their records for over a year. I got a ton of receipts that I need to now go back and log the old manual way since this app does not work. Thanks Chase!

Can't tag anything anymore Everything is reports as being greater than the transaction total amount.

The latest update made it worse Now you have to sign in, when you didn't have to sign in to tag before. The formatting cuts off the tag labels, so some have to be opened to discern if the tag is the one I want. It also gets stuck on a prior tag, preventing tag of a new purchase. It is no longer user friendly.
