Doesn't work with same versions as iPhone app.

HTML emails are poor Outgoing replies look fine, but incoming HTML emails are unreadable, they are just a wall of text and even spaces are displayed as &nbsp. Long press on a ticket should have some form of menu, or swiping it to the side to close etc. Promising app, but rough around the edges at the moment and not fit for purpose.

Works well Now just awaiting added functionality: auto-refresh times etc

Needs improvement Is there any plan to add the ability to EDIT custom fields? I see they show up if they are not null, but they cannot be edited. Also this same view in the interface is confusing as there is no visual queue that anything can be edited.
