Terrible explanation This person does not know anything about using kettlebells. And it is easy to tell from the photos. Position and technique is terrible.

Kettlebell Knowledge Failure Obviously the app developer has little or no knowledge of kettlebell training. The Swing is shown and described incorrectly, there are no other true kettlebell movements shown such as the snatch, clean and press, Turkish Get Up, etc. Pretty worthless if you are seeking a true kettlebell experience.
