HOW TO USE

COMPATIBILITY

Keymonk was tested on Galaxy S2 and should work with any compliant text editor on any smartphone with good multi-touch support.

MULTITOUCH ISSUES

Some devices, including high-end devices, have defective multi-touch support. If you see the Keymonk touch indication circles flicker or change colors while sweeping with both fingers, that may be an indication that your device does not support multi-touch well.

Keep each finger at its side of the keyboard and avoid bumping them into one another since it might confuse the touch screen.

EDITOR COMPATIBILITY

Keymonk might not work with particular text editors that are not compliant with the Android API. If you experience problems please send an email to [email protected]

Amazing App Showing its Age The swiping works well once you get used to the way it reads your input and the other gestures are habit forming, but it is now falling behind with no developer support. No emojis is a big one. Themes, better language integration... I hope SwiftKey buys this and implements it into their design.

Love keyboard... Disappointed development has abandoned it. Would be nice to get some more themes. Got the paid version so I could add words to the dictionary and haven't regretted it yet. I do switch back and forth between this and a couple others though just for variety of appearance. I really prefer having a dedicated question mark key. Two thumb swipe is innovative and awesome. Devs, where did you go?! Prediction isn't perfect but as good or better than must others I've tried, and I've tried tons.

I keep coming back I use this keyboard and Swiftkey primarily. After a few days of using Swiftkey, I get bored and I always find myself going back to Keymonk. The experience of swiping with two fingers is just far more satisfying and engaging than single hand swiping or two finger typing. The predictive engine is generally good but it stumbles when you input two letter word consecutively. e.g. 'He is' or 'to us'. I highly recommend this for large phones that require two hand operations.
