Know Thyself Meditations (Full Version) is a 15-day program of 10-minute peaceful, immersive, daily guided meditations written and narrated by author, life designer and musician Kerry Pastine (http://www.kerrypastine.com). Each day, all distractions are removed from your device and you can focus on yourself by listening to Kerry's voice, peaceful music and animated images from nature. Optimized audio (each session is about 3MB of audio) is streamed to your device (the app requires a wifi and/or data connection) and leads the way to peace and knowledge of self.
"Many wish to try meditation, but avoid it in fear of failing at it. In reality, we can't shut our minds off, but we can calm and soothe the mind and body with the right focus. That's where I come in. Each day I guide you into a peaceful state and a deeper sense of self. I ask you questions you wouldn't be able to answer in the middle of a hectic day. This quiet time gives you the chance to ponder or “meditate” on yourself and your life, giving you insight and a new motivation internally and externally." - Kerry Pastine
Know Thyself Meditations for Android provides a daily 10-minute oasis of peace featuring professionally recorded guided meditations written and narrated by Kerry Pastine. Kerry has been a successful life and business coach for 18 years and captured her groundbreaking approach to self-discovery in her book "Know Thyself." The Know Thyself Meditations app for Android is a natural extension of her teachings in the book in an approachable and easy-to-use app format for the Android OS.
To create this audio and visual experience, Kerry partnered with user experience expert Paul Shellooe. Together they have brought peace and mindfulness to the very devices that are so often a source of stress and distraction. Escape from the stress of your digital life and give yourself 10 minutes to get centered and to truly know yourself.
Static HTML5 app created using PhoneGap Build. Default PhoneGap full set of app permissions shown even though it only uses a data connection for streaming audio. Tried to change, but could not.
