Typical Labtech Great idea, half baked implementation. Most features don't work and app is unstable at best. Just like everything else from them they don't bother fixing or updating... Makes me start thinking about any of the other competitors out there...

Doesn't work on 4.3+ w/ LT 2013 This app does not function as described in the documentation on version 4.3+ of Android. When I try to open the options menu on the ticket information screen I get nothing. This means I can't start a timer, reassign a ticket, or do anything meaningful whatsoever. This app is basically worthless until this functionality is restored. Also tried on 2.3 and 2.2, still broken. Please fix ASAP or we may have to investigate other options for our RMM system.

Uhhh... Cant see my own tickets, problem is unless you're a Super Admin or something you cant see them on our system. And the LabTech 'tech' guys cant replicate (or deny) the issue... yet all technicians at our company can. Give us basically the highest possible acces rights and no problem.... LabTech cant even give us a solution!
