Landrule Strategy vs Risk

Landrule Strategy vs Risk

Landrule is a turn-based strategy game. Similar to Age of Conquest and Risk.

You can test your strategy against thousands of others in multiplayer mode. A new pass-and-play mode lets you play against others locally on a single device! A single player mode is of course also included.

New maps make the classic risk game more fun. Lots of chances to develop a new strategy to conquer all the maps.

Well made. No obnoxious ads. Not an exact clone of Risk. Main difference is the cards do not yield an increasing number of armies as the game progresses. Cards also do not correspond with any territories, so you don't get an extra army for holding that territory when you turn in. Game has two minor issues: 1) Post-attack reinforcing is not precise enough. 2) Some player colors are too similar to each other, only being a slightly different shade from the other. It's annoying to have two teal or two brown players on the map.

Lovely interpretation of the classic game, well executed. But it's fundamentally flawed from the outset and it could be easily tweaked. Limit the number of armies you can move into a territory to the number attacking (1 to 3). That's how it is intended to be played, making deployment, reinforcement and end turn move important. Otherwise there is no strategy. Just pile in one country and chase each other around the map.

Fantastic game Loved it. It's very addictive. But it takes too many clicks to get from the home screen to active multiplayer games.
