Messaging someone important? - low battery?

We’ve all had them moments of panic, when your phone battery dies midway through an important conversation or a time when you’re only contactable on your mobile device. Are you worried that the recipient will believe that you are ignoring them? We set out to solve this problem as most people don’t even notice when their phone’s battery is running low and it will usually take them by surprise when their phone refuses to turn on.

Introducing Last Message, a customizable and smart solution to this problem.
With everybody now connected to the internet and always in contact, it is important for you to let your friends and family know when you may not be-able to be contacted so they can have peace of mind next time you don’t reply to a tweet, Facebook message, email or SMS.

Last Message runs in the background of your device and monitors your battery - you can set the app to notify someone through Twitter, Email, SMS or Facebook to warn them that you may not be in-contact once your phone battery has been depleted.
With Last Message, you can personalize your away message anyway you’d like and even choose at what percentage you’d like the app to send the message. So next time your battery becomes depleted, you can be confident that your contacts will know exactly why you are not reachable on your mobile. Last Message combines a simple and one-time setup with full customization, so you can have your personal away message sent to your chosen contacts.
As well as being simple, Last Message includes advanced features - use the Statistics page to learn additional information about the battery that your device houses, measure the battery temperature trend and more if needed.

Got your charger around? No problem! You can set a start and stop time, meaning that between your chosen hours, Last Message will not send the alerts. You can also configure the days you’d like the app to function on and configuring your accounts is just as simple.

Last Message is a tool that you’ll never want to live without, giving the peace of mind to you and your recipient.

Last Message requires Android 2.2 or higher, meaning that it will work on most modern devices although some older devices may not be supported.

Consider a UI update Xperia Z3 Compact, went below threshold 2 evenings during the week and no msgs were sent even with Always Active set. Have since figured out that I never had the 'ON' toggle in the right position; had figured the more visible (i.e. White) 'ON' is the active toggle. Having a slight Red-Green colour vision deficiency makes Red on a dark background difficult to notice. Please consider a UI update guys.

Minor bug, needs US English language support App works great, but it has British English instead of US English (colour vs color) and if you have the setting to send an SMS at 9% and your battery dies to 6% and you charge it back up it'll send another and when it's charging up past 9%

Simple, reliable app This is a simple but effective app. I use it to automatically notify my girlfriend when my battery is about to die so she knows why she can't reach me. Just set it and forget it!

Intrusive ads I wish I hadn't upgraded. I used to love this app but it's completely unusable now. I got 3 full screen ads within the 1 minute I took to check out the new upgrade. There is one dismiss button in the corner of those ads but I have hot corners set up on my phone and they overlap. So I can't use it at all, when I hit that button my hot corner gets triggered and I will not disable it as it is far more useful to me. Unfortunately, this is now useless
