Lifting Log tracks your progress on a per-exercise basis. It doesn't need or want to know the days of the week you workout or your name, body weight, height and pictures of your gut like other over-complicated weight training apps.

It's simply meant to track your reps/weight progress per exercise (e.g. bench, military press, squat) and even graph your increases for each.

would be great if the alarm tone worked. once the phone goes to sleep it will not sound..

I like the simplicity of it but would be awesome if it was possible to backup the data and and exercises to folders or groups!

Not bad Move the legend to the upper right so it doesn't cover the graph. When selecting text box, make the app not jump and highlight the text to make it easier to enter updated data.

eh....it is really basic it is ok....not great. Graph function could be better, doesn't even look as reps or sets.

Great and simple.. But Is there a way to back up data? Can't find the directory this is in...
