Lifting Log tracks your progress on a per-exercise basis. It doesn't need or want to know the days of the week you workout or your name, body weight, height and pictures of your gut like other over-complicated weight training apps.

It's simply meant to track your reps/weight progress per exercise (e.g. bench, military press, squat) and even graph your increases for each.

would be great if the alarm tone worked. once the phone goes to sleep it will not sound..

I like the simplicity of it but would be awesome if it was possible to backup the data and and exercises to folders or groups!

Simple and effective. Lacks ability to export. Data entry of pounds and reps is too difficult. Too easy to make a mistake. Too slow to just increase 10 pounds per set. Would be great to have a "+10" button for weight at least.

Awesome but needs backup Can you please add an export feature so I can role data to other devices, or maybe even drop box backup. Other than that simple and awesome!

Perfect Just what I needed. Really helps to show my progress and I've even used it to track my bodyweight and body fat.

Simple but lots of annoying bits Good app at best. It does what it says and allows you to track your weight and reps but the organization is poor. The rest timer is a nice tool but the alarm is the most annoying sound and the app raises the volume super loud when the alarm goes off. No way to adjust the volume just to make it vibrate instead. I wouldn't reccomend this app to anyone.
