Lifting Log tracks your progress on a per-exercise basis. It doesn't need or want to know the days of the week you workout or your name, body weight, height and pictures of your gut like other over-complicated weight training apps.

It's simply meant to track your reps/weight progress per exercise (e.g. bench, military press, squat) and even graph your increases for each.

That beep. Would be 4 or 5 star if I could change the rest timer sound, or at least reduce the volume. It disturbs others in the gym.

Could not figure out how to add reps. Uninstalled after two minutes of trying. I liked the simplicity, but there is no excuse for unintuitive interface for such a basic feature.

Nice and simple. Only wish you could track super sets in some way.

Needs a backup option Great app, but after a recent phone update I had to reset my phone and lost over a years worth of progress.. Not impressed.
