Lifting Log

Lifting Log

Lifting Log tracks your progress on a per-exercise basis. It doesn't need or want to know the days of the week you workout or your name, body weight, height and pictures of your gut like other over-complicated weight training apps.

It's simply meant to track your reps/weight progress per exercise (e.g. bench, military press, squat) and even graph your increases for each.

I like the simplicity of it but would be awesome if it was possible to backup the data and and exercises to folders or groups!

Nice but a fatal flaw A nice simple app with a fatal flaw: no backup to the cloud. So when my phone wiped itself, I lost all my data.

Need to get rid of noise! I had this app a couple years ago, and I don't remember it making that beeping noise when I set it to 0 seconds rest. This is exactly what I was looking for in an app, but I don't want that beeping, and frankly I do active recovery, so I don't want the rest timer. I'm uninstalling and going back to a paper book :(
