Nothing on the free trial Don't download this expecting anything to work on the free trial. Other than that I cannot say how good the app is butbif v the trial is sketchy I'm guessing the rest is.

Institutional offering much better. I'm disappointed with this paid app's content compared to what I used to get with it through my hospital. An individual paying should get full content!
