Work great Along with exercise and monitoring my calories via the app I have lost about 11lbs. The more you stick to your calorie budget the better the results.

Love it and Lose it I've always done better with dieting when I write down what I eat. This is so much handier than a notepad and looking up calories. I've noticed patterns that I've never noticed before. I've also identified trouble foods that I hadn't before. I've been using the app for a little over a month and have had to give away clothes that are now too big.

It is always helpful to be able to look up calories in the food you eat. Even healthy food or what you think to be healthy. It also helps you to see the percentage of nutrients that is in the food for the calories you are taking in.
