Needs more info All it is, is a list of food to eat each day, there was no shopping list no list of foods to avoid no information about the diet and how it will benefit the body. Seems like it would be a good app if you get all the info from somewhere else or alredy know about good n bad carbs......

This is low calorie not low carb Oatmeal, rice, low fat yogurt? Not Worth it. This developer needs to read a low carb book.

Doing think the author really understand what is low Carbs An apple have at last 15 grams of non fibre Carbs. A teaspoon of honey? Boiled rice?
