This app seriously sucks. Pretty sure Microsoft just doesn't care. The app always loses connection, IMs don't show up in all locations, and functionality is bad at best.

Slowest login ever I installed, waited a couple minutes for the login, then gave up thinking "typical Microsoft." Picked up my phone about 30 minutes later and it had logged in. Each login takes equally as long. Running Verizon galaxy note 2. Typical Microsoft.

Could be good but does not work over WIFI, calls drop all the time when connected to a WIFI network. Works fine over cellular data network. The downside to that is you don't always have good data connections in buildings and you use up your data fast.
