Not for home To do most of the workouts you will need access to fancy gym equipment. They are not using proper form, for example the guy doing squats, he was bouncing while stretching and that will cause him to tear his muscles. Then when he did his squats he squatted too low. According to Men's Health magazine your thighs should be parallel to the ground, going all the way down will injure your knees. After this first video this app lost all credibility.
