Practically impossible to follow runners with this app I loaded my friends' numbers ahead of time & marked as favorites so that their numbers alone were visible either on the standing favorites or on the runners pages. Nope. Everytime I wanted to check their splits, i had to re-enter each number -- i was tracking 15 people! Also, the spits posted so late that I missed when most of them passed the km markers where we planned to see each other. The route map was helpful, though.

Good for the split times - only The splits worked for 25k in Paris 2013 then stopped. The 'see on the map' was CR#P how hard would it be to show an estimated position? The splits could be good if they showed what time they runner started then we could use them to estimate the runners position. The problem is that with 50000 people crossing the line it takes up to an hour to start. PLEASE make this app give the real time position of the runner, or at least their estimated position. Or the estimated position of the flag carriers (pace makers).

Very poor performance Good graphical appeal is no substitute for behaviour. Erratic menus, exceptionally poor updating (my runner had finished and the app still reported her last update at the 25km marker). Whoever designed this should be ashamed: Schneider and the Marathon de Paris need to learn much more about realtime IT.
