Follow every instruction on its web, but still cannot connect. Poor instructions and app.

Works I got this to work just fine, but this trial doesn't even give me enough time to evaluate whether or not I like the program. I understand it is cheap, but I can't try it out for more than 30 seconds before it cuts me off. How am I supposed to know if it can achieve what I would like it to. 3 stars because it works exactly like it should, but pretty poor way to try to let someone evaluate a product.
