User reviews of Maverick: GPS Navigation
Im not all that impressed with this app. You can't use Google maps and there are other issues with this app that don't make it all that special. If you're going to try to reinvent the wheel, then at least come up with something that sets it apart from all the other map apps. There is no difference between this map app and all the others. Some of the others actually have better maps. BR.

Very useful application. Some little problems: Map don't track gps location! Mapfiles are taken complete clusters on SD card, 80% space waste!

Like the app but the moment I click an image of the waypoint it freezes after taking the shot. Samsung galaxy sl I9003, rest all working fine.

I would use/buy this right away if it had a screen which showed me an elevation profile of the track and also shows how many meters up/down. (Like NaviComputer, one of the few very useful WM apps)

No more OS maps? This app is by far the best mapping app I've used with a clean and easy-to-use interface. However the main reason I used it was for offline Ordnance Survey Explorer maps, and in the past week these maps seem to have disappeared. I've now had to look elsewhere for offline OS maps (for those of you who need offline OS maps check out an app called All-In-One Offline Maps, this still allows you to use OS Explorer maps offline, although the interface is nowhere near as good as Maverick). If OS Explorer maps return this will be a 5-star app, but sadly without these maps I have no use for this app.

Good things come to an end! Still brilliant. But OS Explorer fast disappearing. Very disappointing but not unexpected.

OS maps gone? Fantastic mapping app which I used frequently, that was until recently. It still renders lots of different map types, but no longer Ordnance Survey maps it seems. As these were the most useful it severely reduces the apps appeal.

Best GPS app Most accurate gps app, no turn by turn bullshit, read the map yourself and find your best route to the destination, plus drop pins and waypoints. Love it!
