User reviews of Maverick: GPS Navigation
Im not all that impressed with this app. You can't use Google maps and there are other issues with this app that don't make it all that special. If you're going to try to reinvent the wheel, then at least come up with something that sets it apart from all the other map apps. There is no difference between this map app and all the others. Some of the others actually have better maps. BR.

Very useful application. Some little problems: Map don't track gps location! Mapfiles are taken complete clusters on SD card, 80% space waste!

Like the app but the moment I click an image of the waypoint it freezes after taking the shot. Samsung galaxy sl I9003, rest all working fine.

I would use/buy this right away if it had a screen which showed me an elevation profile of the track and also shows how many meters up/down. (Like NaviComputer, one of the few very useful WM apps)

great for off line a year ago I saved aerial view of hunting land and use it to record tracks . I learn something every time I use it, Best results for recording tracks are in the winter, the high canopy can hide the sats when leaves are out. Then turn off auto-rotate and walk. I also loaded some free road maps. I suggest FOLLOW the instructions instead of posting a complaint . Today I'm looking instruction on how to print gpx, I think I'll find it, but would not complain if I fail Nex7 v1 refurb

UK Ordinance Survey Explorer series maps ! A free rambling map app with offline OS maps? This will be a godsend around here where the footpaths are not well defined. I've not tried it in the "field" so it may have issues i've not found yet , but in the mean time it's 5* for me.
