MCT combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with progressive bodyweight exercises for a quick and effective workout.

Why pay a personal trainer? 12 week program that works! Mon-Wed-Fri workouts which are killer, make you toned and increase your fitness. Love it

Great program for high intensity short interval training I look forward to squeezing in these quick but intense workouts in the morning. Great way to start the day!

Really good My only complaint is sometimes when my screen times out the ap will shut off. But other than that its great

Improvement needed Great app, but if your screen locks at any point or you leave the application, it stops the timer which defeats the purpose. Would rather not have my screen on the entire time / be able to access music app without this app pausing. I run a Galaxy Note 3.
