Great for commuter rail If you are an infrequent rider of the commuter rail, or you don't have an employer benefit that gives you the monthly pass then this is awesome. Super convenient. Yes it is a little wonky when you switch between apps, but overall, very useful. If they could figure out a way to get this working for the monthly passes that come with T, bus, and ferry rides, it would be near perfect.

Worst app I have to use Freezes, bugs, you name it. Prepare to be ripped off when you us this and get double and triple billed for purchases.

Wish it had a "log in" feature I love this app. I use it all the time. However, it sucks there is no "log in" because it means when ever you switch phones (or you have to reset your phone for some reason) you lose all your tickets. And it's a pain to contact them every time. There should be a way to import purchased tickets using your email and purchase confirmation number or something.

OBVIOUSLY this app is just for the commuter rail. That's dumb. This app *earns* a low rating because of it's lack of versatility, NOT for a lack of understanding on the user's part.
