Can't believe I paid for this. I've been using MM off and on for 10 or 15 years, so much in the past that I have a lifetime license. I bought the android app so I can move away from my iPod Touch and start using my cell for everything. I already had the app on my phone. A couple weeks ago, something somewhere glitched and all my playlists were gone (they had been imported much earlier and MM just read them into itself when I installed it). So I upgraded for the ability to sync, created a playlist for the gym on my pc and prepared to do just that. What I got was disappointing at best - it not only didn't make any changes to my phone music, but it ERASED the playlist I had just painstakingly created on my pc. There are things I hate about Apple but, at the end of the day, it just works. Not so for MediaMonkey. I expected to see some real improvements in the few years I had not been using it, but I think some things actually got worse. If I could get ITunes to sync to my android, I think I might just want to keep it after all. Otherwise, I'm thinking Winamp did a much better job.. I may keep MediaMonkey to play with, but I'm definitely not buying another thing for it.

Incomprehensible interface The free app worked well and I liked it so I upgraded to the Pro version. Now it's stopped working ... The store says it's installed but it doesn't have an icon anywhere. I tried reinstalling it and it tells me to install to free version instead. It's a shame because the windows version of this app is really good. But the Android version is a waste of money.

New problems When using headphones, between tracks it will sometimes turn on the phones loudspeaker instead of continuing to play in the headphones. Other times, playback will randomly start when plugging in headphones or stop in the middle of a track and go back to the start. Also, when the phone is closed sometimes the volume buttons change the track instead. Can you guys build something stable?

Great but lacking one BIG feature I have used MM for Windows for years. I naturally wanted to use it with my android phone. However, one big feature it lacks is Google Now integration. Google Now lets you say "Okay Google, Play The Beatles Abbey Road" and it will play the Abbey Road album on the Google Play Music app, or search youtube if you select that instead. However, it does not let you set Media Monkey as your default player. If Media Monkey allowed integration into Google Now, it would be perfect!
