Great app but could be a lot better Tracking is desperately needed. Just showing what you did last week or an overall chart of progression. It's a pain to go back and look what I did last time, especially if that exercise was from 2 weeks ago. Besides that flaw, great program to hit some basic muscle groups. Use this for a few weeks to get back into it before doing my own workouts. Keep up the work and add some tracking or workout customization to the week! Thanks

I completed this routine and would recommend it. It dose work. I was new to the gym. I followed this routine from start to finish. I slimed my wast by 6 inches and added 10 lb during this program. You need to put in the time but the results are real.

Awesome App I used this app a year ago and received the best results I've ever had in terms of muscle gains and cut. Great approach to fitness and allows independence from personal trainers. I love all the info so I bought the full app. I'm getting back on it after a long while so starting from scratch. I can't wait to see my boost all over again!
